You can help spread joy across Queen Alexandra (QA) Hospital, Cosham, this Christmas by donating to the 2023 Portsmouth Hospitals Charity Patient Present Appeal.

With your generosity, your support can help Portsmouth Hospitals Charity achieve our festive fundraising target of more than £4,500, which would ensure every patient can open a present at QA on Christmas Day. Past gifts include a piece of Christmas cake and a Christmas card, as well as a puzzle book and pen.

While for many Christmas is a time of celebration, for the average of around 1,300 patients who spend time at QA each Christmas Day, it can be a lonely time, spent away from family and friends. Your donations can transform a patient’s experience across our hospital.

In addition, any amount over the Patient Present Appeal’s fundraising target will go towards providing staff with wellbeing gifts through the staff welfare fund.
